Meet the Team

Andrew Lasky

Andrew Lasky is a sales professional and real estate entrepreneur. Graduating college with a business degree, Andrew decided to pursue a career in sales as he knew it was the first step to financial freedom. He started out in door to door sales and moved into medical device sales at a young age where his leadership skills developed and his income began to grow exponentially.  As he started making more money by helping doctors diversify their services beyond traditional clinical offerings, he also dove into real estate investing. Before getting involved in commercial real estate, Andrew had amassed a portfolio of over 50 doors over a 5 year period, showcasing his economic market knowledge and execution skills. He noticed that his peers had always asked him how his real estate investing was going and he naturally would give them advice. He now helps others learn real estate investing through the strategy of buy and hold in asset classes such as retail, office, multifamily & self storage.

Lawrence Kutsovsky

Lawrence began his professional journey in the healthcare Tech sector before discovering his passion for real estate investing in 2017. Combining his strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of market dynamics, he quickly made a name for himself as a savvy investor.

His expertise spans both residential and commercial real estate markets, including emerging opportunities in short-term rentals. This diverse experience paved the way for his transition to real estate brokerage in 2022, where he has since helped clients navigate traditional transactions as well as evolving market trends. His commitment to fully understanding each client's unique goals and delivering tailored, strategic solutions has resulted in a track record of successful ventures.
